Located in Arnold, our walk-in studio is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. With a wide range of frame mouldings and examples of our work, our staff are able to work with you to design the right bespoke framing option for your work. Visiting us in person is the best way to get an accurate quote for any bespoke work

What is your usual lead time?
All our frames are made bespoke to your item, and materials are ordered in based on the framing method you select. Our general lead time is 2-3 weeks. If you have an item you need framing urgently please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your framing request.
Do I need an appointment to visit the studio?
No appointment needed, just visit our studio within our opening hours and one of our staff members will be happy to assist. Quotations can take 30 minutes to an hour depending on how many items you are bringing and if you have a clear idea in mind, so please make sure you allow this.
Is there parking at the studio?
Yes! Plenty of parking in the studio driveway, or on the main street.
Do you offer warranties / guarantees on your frames?
Our frames are supplied with the expectation they are suitable to hang on your wall. We want to makes you leave happy with your artwork, so if there are any issues we will work with you to put them right.
Can I call for a quotation?
Because all of our service is often very bespoke, we are not always able to provide accurate quotations over the phone. The best way to receive an exact price is to visit our studio, where we can take precise measurements, discuss suitable framing methods, and guide you through our wide range of samples.
If visiting isn’t possible, you’re welcome to call and email the studio with as much detail as you can about your artwork and framing requirements. Once received, we’ll either request any additional information needed or provide suitable framing options and indicative pricing.
